This piece seeks to explore four major types of material that humans have
discovered over time – clay (flower pots), wood (wood slats), skins
(bongos), and metal (pipes). How do we interact with these materials, and
how do they interact with each other?
Material was written for the Cisum Percussion 2019 Composition Workshop.
